JUSTIN JONES
CO-FOUNDER & CEO

Justin, a Florida native raised in Dunedin, a proud U.S. Marine Corps Veteran (2000-2005) served in Afghanistan during Operations Iraqi Freedom I & II with an Amphibious Assault Battalion. ​​​ Justin has been a licensed General Contractor for nearly 20 years, thereafter throughout the years obtaining the major trade licenses and providing in-house services. To realtors, property managers, homeowners alike. We built a division that specializes in After-The-Fact Permits, home repairs, prelisting pay-at-close repairs and land and marine rubber epoxy businesses. He has developed over 20 properties for his personal projects, some of which were showcased on the HGTV show "Busted Cribs." Additionally, also launched several successful companies and sold them after establishing a solid foundation.

STEPHANEE HUYNH
CO-FOUNDER & COO

Stephanee was born and raised in California, relocated to Florida in 2015. Spending 10 years in commercial banking and SBA loans, encompassing business development, loan processes and client engagement. Transitioning to construction, now with 16 years of experience in luxury residential, commercial, private and public sector construction, including roles at AD Morgan Corporation and Countryside Glass & Mirrors. Successfully contributed to high-end developments and municipal projects with great attention to detail. Her experience ranges from project coordinator to superintendent dual roles, project manager, covering AIA G702 G703 Pay Apps, lien waivers, lawsuits, subcontractor management, project proposals, client management, contract negotiations, collections, after-the-fact permits, business development, and more.
